Vox Synthesis offers AI-powered voice assistant services for business use, including basic inbound call handling, call screening, and customer engagement features.

We provide a free basic setup and a limited trial period, after which paid plans apply according to the pricing you select.

2. Free Trial & Setup

  We offer a 7-day free trial, which includes up to 50 minutes of inbound call handling.

  Your trial will begin after your setup is completed.
• •
  For marketing clarity, we may reference trial usage in “client calls.” Billing and usage are measured in minutes. The 50‑minute trial typically corresponds to 20–25 client calls.

  After the trial ends, your selected monthly plan will begin unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
• •
  We will confirm your setup and trial details with you prior to activation.

3. Billing & Payment

  Paid plans start at $149/month.
• •
  Usage is metered by minutes (60‑second increments). Marketing references to “calls” are provided for simplicity and correspond to typical minute usage.

  You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
• •
  Charges will commence after the trial unless canceled.
• •
  Failure to provide payment information may result in suspension of service.
• •
  All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use

By using our Services, you agree not to:

  Use the service for unlawful purposes, including spam calls or fraudulent activity

  Resell, sublicense, or misuse the AI assistant features

  Attempt to disrupt or compromise service integrity

  Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

5. Third-Party Providers

We use trusted third-party services, including Twilio, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, OpenAI, Cartesia AI, and Hotjar, to power our platform.

We may integrate with additional providers over time to enhance our platform and Services. All third-party providers are required to adhere to data protection standards consistent with applicable laws.

By using our Services, you consent to the processing of your data by these third-party providers as necessary for the operation and delivery of our Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vox Synthesis provides its Services “as is” and “as available.”

We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or the success of business outcomes resulting from using our Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vox Synthesis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services during the previous 3 months.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
